THE “FEELING” OF DEBT

Staring in the face of debt can be scary. But, you don’t have to let it win over you. You are able to control its circumstances.

Many people have something to say about debt’s toll on their lives:

One woman described debt as A PLACE OF DEPRESSION. She described it as having lost hope in the world she lives in and lacking desire to do anything significant because her entire life is a “revolving credit” cycle.

A gentleman explained, “Nothing else seems to matter. I know that should not be, but I can’t explain it. I am so entrapped in debt and actions of DEBT COLLECTORS CALLING CONTINUOUSLY day and night that I’m beginning to feel as if I’m all alone in this. But, the funny thing is many people are here with me. WHAT DO WE DO? Who’s here to help us when there is no apathy and no jobs you’re qualified for to make ends meet?”

Another woman says, “My debt wasn’t as crucial as some others I know. I’ve been WORKING OVERTIME when it is available and paying off some things, slowly, but surely.”
